How to Play: When you first launch the game, you’ll land on the main menu where a big Play Game button sits proudly in the middle of the screen. Below that, you’ll find two helpful tabs: Game Controls and Game Info. If you’re wondering how to play or need a refresher on the controls, click on the Game Controls tab to see how to interact using your mouse or touchscreen. Want to know more about what kind of brain-breaking experience you’re signing up for? Click on Game Info for a short overview.

Once you’re ready to start the chaos, click Play Game and wait for it to load. On the next screen, you’ll see two game mode buttons—Guess The Rot and Rot The Image. Choosing Guess The Rot will drop you into a matching game where you must pair bizarre names with equally ridiculous images. Pick Rot The Image instead, and you’ll be challenged to match images to the text that best describes them—or at least comes close enough to make you laugh. Both modes are silly, unpredictable, and packed with meme energy from start to finish.

Controls: The controls couldn’t be easier. Just use your mouse or touch screen to click, drag, and match characters with names or text. No complicated keys or tricky combos—just point, click, and prepare to be thoroughly confused.

Gameplay: Italian Brainrot Quiz is all about matching the unmatchable. Inspired by viral Italian memes and the internet’s most brain-rotting content, your goal is to make sense of complete nonsense. In one mode, you’ll match oddball character images with even weirder names. In the other, you’ll try to connect those same images to the ridiculous text that describes them. There are no time limits—just chaotic fun, unpredictable outcomes, and a lot of moments where you’ll laugh out loud at how wrong (or weirdly right) your guesses are.
